Payment

We will submit all insurance claims for you as long as you provide all the required information. Required information includes:

1. A copy of your insurance card
2. An address and phone number to submit claims and verify coverage

Co-Payments, as well as prior balances, are expected at the time of your appointment. Cash, Check, Visa, and Mastercard payments are accepted.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, payment plans can be established.
